Beat the Heat!

By RaddestMom

If you don’t have a pool, don’t worry! One of the best ways to keep your kids boredom free during the summer is to slap some sunblock on them and toss them out in the yard with the sprinklers. Ok, maybe not sprinklers, but sprinkling water toys. Here are a few fun toys I found while perusing the internet for summer water fun. I’ll post links for purchase as well, to make it easy on you. Don’t you just love me? ;)

1. Wiggling Water Snake

Pearl has this one, and she runs through the water yelling SNAKE! It’s a lot of fun, and the water pressure can be adjusted from trickle to full blast if you have bigger kids.

2. Slip and Slide!

This is a classic. Fun for kids, but rather painful for adults, especially us females who have boobs to land on!

3. Geyser Blast Sprinkler

I can see this one being fun for the 4-7 age group!

4. Soft Sprinkles Tide Pool (babies)

Here is a really docile option for your tiny tot

5. Hopscotch Water Splash Pad

An interesting twist on the normal splash pads!

6. Banzai Wild Waves Water Park

This is pretty much the mac daddy of summer toys, and your kids will go bananas if you get this for them. Even I want to play in it!

7. Ocean Play Center

A more docile version of the wild waves water park. Looks suitable for toddlers!

8. Mushroom Baby Pool

Pearl had this when she was really tiny and it was so cute :)

Enjoy! Leave in the comments which ones were your favorites, or if you already own any of these, give some product reviews in the comments!

Hey Lisa! Love this post! I actually tried to order the mushroom pool for my little Sasha Marie, but they discontinued it. Know where I can find one??
    Thanks!

My son also had the mushroom baby pool when he was tiny! I like that it protects the baby from the sun a little bit and he loved to play with the small mushrooms. I think I will try the snake this year if it’s available in other colours, we also had a really cute sprinkler elephant when he was 3 and he had so much fun with it.
